Objective: to strengthen cooperation between urban and rural communities to reduce regional disparities, promote the circular economy, improve digital inclusion, develop local economies, and increase citizen participation.
Impact: Development of integrated rural–urban cooperation policies, improvement of economic opportunities and public services, promotion of the circular economy, reduction of the digital divide, strengthening of territorial and social cohesion, and enhancement of local cultural heritage.
